Practice & Philosophy

My practice guarantees results and concrete, real solutions; for as long as the commitment and willingness to succeed towards the goal is present. With that said, “Excellence” is not just a value my whole practice stands on – it is an assurance that my strong background and years of expertise ensures a holistic perspective to every issue that arises. I specialize in the practice of women gender issues and the effects of which on personal relationships, professional interactions, and career growth.

My methods are proven effective and thorough: personality, history, family dynamics, career, and group organization are just a few of the pieces we examine to ensure I deliver not just results, but excellent outcomes with merits.

What allows me to excel in my work is the “Compassion” I have for every client and case I come across. The very heart of my practice rests upon the softness of the heart towards the plight of another. When we see each other as wounded people, it allows us to understand each other’s actions and behaviors[1]. This tenderness we have towards the sight of vulnerability leads to the opportunity to understand each other a little bit more.

It is then through the value of understanding and empathy that we gain a broad perspective of things – which in turn becomes invaluable in problem solving. It gives us an expansive set of solutions and multiple ways of solving a single problem. More options and better solutions undoubtedly become more available to us.

Third is the universal language of kindness. Mark Twain once spoke of it as “a language, which the deaf can hear and the blind can see.” Speaking through kindness is often the first step that breaks us away from the firm hold of patterns that get us stuck in an endless hole of negativity. Too often, this cycle is influenced and perpetuated by reactivity, fear or by simply being upset. A single act of kindness has the ability to defuse negative emotions and further open opportunities for solutions and growth.

Reserving judgment and keeping an unprejudiced state assures clients that everything will be handled professionally, in safe and unbiased middle ground. It requires going beyond the mere state of neutrality, as true non-judgment lies on the genuine interest in hearing out other people’s thoughts. It is through maintaining the state of non-judgment that ultimately leads to accepting people and ideas exactly for who and what they are, differences and all.
